Let’s Make Wellness Accessible, Not Aesthetic

A collage of Instagram wellness content under hashtags like #wellnessroutine, #wellness, and #wellnessgirlie, showing various fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle images. Overlaid in the center is a soft yellow box with bold white text that reads: “Let’s Make Wellness Accessible, Not Aesthetic.” The design highlights the contrast between curated online wellness aesthetics and the message of authentic, sustainable well-being.

Girls, I know I’m not alone in feeling completely at a loss with the wellness practices we see online. Scroll through Instagram or TikTok and you’ll find #wellnessroutine, #wellnessgirlie, #wellness — all painted with LA aesthetics and perfectly curated moments.

It’s inspiring, sure, but for the average woman it can feel more like dream-boarding than reality. “Yes, I’d love to look and feel that way… but I also have kids, a full-time job, and a mortgage that isn’t going to take care of itself.”

Meanwhile, you’re already doing all the things, and the internet tells you to do more. More? With what time? You’re working hard, taking care of everyone, and pushing toward goals. Somewhere along the way, though, you started to feel out of sync. Sound familiar?

When Wellness Feels Out of Reach

Maybe your body isn’t responding like it used to.
Maybe your mind is running nonstop but your energy is low.
Maybe you catch yourself living on autopilot.
Or maybe you’re simply craving a life that feels more authentic — more like the version of yourself you’ve always known you could be.

That’s where Integrative Alignment Coaching comes in.

What Is Integrative Alignment Coaching?

I guide individuals — mostly women — through the shifts and transitions of modern adulthood. From navigating body changes and gut health, to managing stress, to rediscovering your sense of purpose beyond your responsibilities.

Together, we align mind, body, and spirit using a unique blend of science, holistic wellness, and mindset strategies.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It isn’t about creating an Instagram-worthy wellness routine. It’s about building a sustainable way of living that feels authentic, empowering, and aligned with the woman you want to be.

Why This Approach Is Different

Here’s the thing: I’ve modeled my own life on the same techniques I bring to my clients.

I grew up on budget meals from boxes and cans, with little knowledge of nutrition. My family’s favorite vegetable was creamed corn. My mother even worked at Taco Bell while she was pregnant with me, and I’ve had to literally build my microbiome from scratch. Those shifts in my own body and mind — combined with my master’s degree in microbiology and cell science — inspired me to create the Microbiome Mindset Program, where people can genetically test their microbiome and build personalized nutrition strategies to improve both gut health and mental health.

Once I focused on gut health, everything changed because good health followed.
I reclaimed my power from childhood trauma and the scars of divorce at 23.
I reclaimed my time, my mind, and my mission.

Through combining science and soul, I watched my life unfold in alignment with my dreams. And now I help others do the same.
